you could go work out. 525 calories is not that hard to burn (30-45 minute workout) and that would be as if you just ate 1.

Take those cookies to work and feed your coworkers all of the rest of them (I like to feed my snacks to the really buff guys ) and then find some that are less calories. Trader Joes has some really good chocolate chip ones 3 for 140 calories or Ginger Snaps from Country Choice you can have 5 for 140 calories. Don't let this one slip ruin today though. Go for a walk or do some running in place. Tomorrow is a new day!:flowerforyou:0

What kind of cookie is 700 for 4? Maybe look into a lower cal version haha
