My challenge is to decrease my sodium content and continue drinking :drinker: water

It's an oxymoron. Doing nothing can not be a challange! Though I may add kityn's challenge to mine. Mmmm Mexican food.

Decrease your sodium to what? That is a worthwhile challenge!

Congrats Shel!! :flowerforyou: My challenge today is to take it easy. I usually do 50-90 min workouts 5-6 days a week, and I pulled something in my shoulder last night during the step/turbo kick class  OWIE!!! So my challenge to myself is to get in a good workout that's not too hard on my body. I got in 40 minutes of yoga today-I LOVE yoga, why don't I do it more often?!-and I need to think of something else to do for a little bit. The hubby has no idea what time he'll be home, and I've got my dinner in the oven so I can't leave and go for a walk....any suggestions??

Speaking of my dinner, I'm having a wine-baked potato! And I need something low cal and healthy to go with it, and there isn't much in the house lol!! I was thinking mixed veggies, anyone have any idea to dress 'em up a bit, add some flavor, without too many calories? Or a better low cal healthy idea?

2,000 would be a good goal, 1500 an optimal goal!

Thank you!! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: That is a lot of hard work and when your body tells you to take it easy, you better. Side salads with low-cal. dressing? Yogurt on the baked potato? Chives?

Thanks for the ideas, Shel and Cz! I ended up having green beans and bacon-my favorite!! And only about 100 calories/serving  A salad would've been great, and normally my first option, but we're all out and the store's closed :grumble: Good job on eating your carbs, Cz!!!

    Have a great night all!!
