I think weigh-in is tomorrow.
I really like the eat clean challenge.
If we want to do something really difficult, we could have compounding challenges next week. Kind of like how we have two challenges today. Example: Friday - drink water. Saturday- drink water and eat clean, Sunday- drink water, eat clean, and exercise;
Or just do double challenges like Friday - drink water and eat 3 serivings of veggies. Saturday- drink water and eat clean, Sunday- eat clean, and exercise, etc
What do you think?

I kind of like the double challenge idea...we are getting down to the wire if we want to look our best by Halloween!
I actually like the 100 crunches idea....muah-ah-ah-ah...although I would probably do mostly reverse crunches - they kill me and really make the lower pooch burn :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:0 -

I cannot believe that dispite one really bad day, I lost another lb.!!! It is so exciting! I have otherwise kept within calories allowed for the day and worked out on the eliptical M-F. Last Sunday I swam laps. My difficult is weekends and boredom/feeling down due to my job lay-off the end of last school year (budget cuts of course for non-tenure people :sad: ) but I am so glad to be on this site for support!0 -

I've actually been working this morning... haven't really had a chance to check in. All is good though, still holding at 170. Yay me. Allergies are acting up though so I'm doped up on Benadryl...

i hate detoxing my body after a bad week :grumble: :grumble: but at the rate that i'm losing all the damn water weight and waste excess by thursday i should be the same weight as last week *crosses fingers* earlier this morning i got up ...got on the scale and weighed in at 130lbs!! now i know its impossible well i mean i guess u could but very very hard to gain 6lbs in 5 days....lol so i've been detoxing my body with fruits veggies and water water water.....by the end of the night i should be a low 127 or even 126 sheesh but i hate giving up my little bits of junk and my meats....:grumble: :grumble: stupid drinking and after drinking munchies lmao.....i went out drinking 2 nights this weekend and had a chi town platter all to myself each night (from unos) and then a mini pizza as well.....lmao then last night i had a small blizzard from DQ and chop suey!.....i felt so sick today because of the carb overload i did to my body......lol i havent even wanted to come on here but imma take responsibilty this time and damnit im going to overcome this hurdle......the odd part is 120's is my mess up session but imma do it this time.....i am going to beat the living dog poo out of the 120's lol if it kills me or not *hopefully it doesnt kill me* lmao

Thanks! I was wondering what happened to you. You just disappeared into a abyss of unhealthy deliciousness! :laugh: Glad you're back. Don't let it get you down. You can make it out of the 120's. I never thought I would make it out of the 170's let alone get to the 150's. Amazing the difference 11inches can make between our weight goals. You would be huge in the 150's and I would be bone thing in the 120's.
Hasian!! :flowerforyou: Thought you abandoned us. I think I would actually have to start occupying negative space in order to weigh 120....:ohwell:
I could NEVER weigh 120... I would be skin and bones! :grumble: About 7 years ago I weighed 137, and I looked anorexic. My body is just not built to weigh that little... :ohwell:
Hi, yes, it is very hard when you eventually plateau and keep trying to break it. Coming back to the site is so much better than being discouraged. I did that before and ended up gaining 10 lbs before coming back - Good Job!:flowerforyou: By the way, how tall are you if you don't mind telling?0 -
