lmao its funny what a little height does to change what people can weigh....if i were 5'4" or whatever the average is i'd prob look like i weighed in close to 150 or 160lbs.....at 110lbs i feel like i look healthy but i have a lot of meat on me still lol.....and u go it "Joyusmaximus" I did disappear into an unhealthy abyss of deliciousness and now i'm paying for it   and whats with all the hot and sexy shoe's paired with no clothes pretty much? lol did we all decide against the clothes?
I   all of u girls!!!!! u rock!! and hopefully ya'll made good enough decisions to include me this week lmao

We decide clothes but you have to take them off as soon you get home. :blushing:

Hey all! I managed to get in 96 oz of water yesterday. And that was with spending 7 or so hours in the car    We stopped every couple of hours for a bathroom break. I didn't need them so much, but DH is trying to drink more, and he really had to go...

I'm blowing off today's challenge. I know I should do it, and I'd probably feel better if I did, but I am whipped. And I have almost half my clothes piled on my bed that I have to put away before I sleep. Still have dinner to make too. I was going to fit in a walk while my son was in drivers ed, but today was his final driving test, and instead of the 2 hours he was supposed to be gone (like normal driving days) it was only going to be 45 minutes. So I went to my tanning appointment, then went back and picked him up. I did treat him (since he passed) to a trip to the ice cream store. He picked out a large swamp water cooler (every flavor of pop, blended with vanilla ice cream like a shake:sick:   ). I got the dog a baby cone, and I didn't have anything for myself.

I'll pop back on if I find the motivation to do anything and post it, but right now, I am just not feeling it... Have a good night girls

Oh yeah, definately get one or go to a gym. I consider it a lipsuction machine for pear shaped women!:flowerforyou: I lost 30 lbs. a few summers ago on it. There are several different programs so you can mix it up, and yes it does work out your bum well going backwards. I just did 45 minutes and am feeling it now!

You should look into refurbished gym equipment. It's like new but cheaper. Or you could check craigslist.

I could NEVER weigh 120... I would be skin and bones! :grumble: About 7 years ago I weighed 137, and I looked anorexic. My body is just not built to weigh that little... :ohwell:

Same here. I'm aiming for 145 but I'm trying to decide whether I'll look ok or stick-like at that weight.

How tall are you? When I was in the best shape of my life (that was back when I was 17...LMAO) I weighed 150. I figure that since I am now double that age, I probably can't weigh that again LMAO so my goal is 160, I am 5' 8.5"

I'm around 5'10. I always thought I had a large frame, turns out I was just fat. I though I would be super skinny if I got to this weight but I have more fat I want to lose but I do need to gain more muscle.

I've always been pretty athletic with muscle mass, so for me 145 is still too low. My problem would be maintaining that number!!!!
I think it's funny when people say "big boned" about over weight people, thinking that they are being nice, all the while we "big-boned" people know that what they mean to say is that we are FAT!! LMAO Talk about getting side tracked!!

Well I'm off to the track now... dragging my son with me! :noway: shocker actually!!! Bringing some weights so after each lap we can do some lunges and squats...

Not boned. Framed. You bone structure does have an impact on how much weight you carry. That being said, it is often used as a nice way to say FAT especially with men. And why is it ok for men to be "big boned" and not women. It's so WRONG!!!
