    i was going to go for my jog/walk tonight......walked about half a mile when my shin splint started getting worse than getting better....then the half a mile walk took forever....*sighs* Now i got to wait for this dumb leg to heal :grumble: i guess it'll give me some extra time to strength train

    that's the worst thing about jogging, it seems to be a lot more dangerous than other exercises

    yea it was my own stupid fault tho....i knew better not to run on a hard ground but its so much easier than running on grass and sand:laugh: ... i oh so do hate jogging but i hear its one of the best things to tighten the tummy up after having kids

    Good morning back atcha denitchy, as well as everyone else...

    Got up this morning, and am NOT wanting to do anything. Since I didn't work out all weekend because I forgot my shoes when we went downstate, I just can't seem to get my motivation back. I should be out doing c25k right now, and look what I'm doing instead--wasting my time on here:laugh: :laugh: (not that this isn't worthwhile too)...

    Telling myself to pry my lazy butt off the couch, get dressed, get outside....

    So if I'm remembering today's challenge correctly, it's drink 96 oz of water AND work out for 1 hr. In which case I'm a 1/3 of the way done with both. 20 mins of strength training and 32 oz of water. woot! Now if only I could go back to bed instead of into work , I would be really happy.:grumble:

    Pettmybunny- You can do it. The longer you wait the harder it will get to start again. Besides you know it will be a relief once you start. And isn't MFP a great procrastination tool? I'm using to delay getting ready for work. :bigsmile:

    The rain hasn't hit here yet, but it's supposed to, I thing that's why I'm like this :yawn: My boss isn't here this morning, so maybe I should go into his office, lock the door, and recline...:yawn: close my eyes...:yawn: LMAO

    being a newbie to the group, I am kinda lost in the shuffle a bit. Exercise day, should have 6 kiddies in care today just like yesterday! Thank god for laptops!

    I could probably curl up on top of my desk and no one would know...not many people need me for anything during the day and 90% of my communication is done through e-mail. :wink:

    I'm slacking. I can't post it from work so I would have been able to post it until Monday night so my lazy butt decided to skip it this week and post the updated on Thursday night after this weeks weigh-in. SO :tongue: :laugh:

  • Good morning to everyone. I have ahd a very busy last couple of days and havent been able to get on. With that being said I have some GREAT news! As of sunday I have lost 30 pounds since June 1.

    Weighing in today doesn't work for me :cry: I'm at work and I did NOT step on the scale this morning which would mean I woul;d have to weigh myself tonight!! That is a NO-NO for me...like everyone, I weigh my heaviest at night.... and I can't burst my bubble that way!! :grumble: LMAO

    i'm almost back to 124lbs!!!! pretty much pure clean eating aside from the 6 hot and spicy cheeze it crackers i had yesterday is really working......like i said yesterday i was at 130lbs and now i'm at 126lbs...lmao if i were able to lose another 4 lbs today id be down 2 lbs this week lmao....but i doubt it because that 4 lbs was just waste and the next two to come off are waste and water retainment...not to mention stupid period time of the month :grumble: lol well ill see where im at tomorrow

    Yay me! I broke out of my exercise slump! I got in a half hour of c25k this morning. Yeah, yeah, I know I need to get another half hour in this afternoon to make the hour challenge today. Still working on the water too... I got a slow start, only about 24 oz in so far today.

    Maybe a day this week, where we make all our meals from scratch? No processed foods! We can make it a weekend day, so it's easier for people to do.
