Jeannie-I know what you mean. I flat out beat myself silly at the gym today and I LOVED it.
Tried a dry run at the Duathlon. Didnt quite complete it. Ran two miles on the treadmill, rode 15 miles on the stationary bike and then "tried" to run three more miles on the treadmill. Difference is...The wonderful seat I have on my bike and the horrific excuse for a seat that is on the stationary bike at the gym are two very different things. So things didnt go well when I got back on the treadmill. It was kinda like trying to run after someone repeatedly punched your *kitten* for an hour. I felt like john wayne in one of those old westerns and the "john wayne" walk does NOT work at a run speed. lol
Burned off 1500 calories so it's not a complete loss.

hey guys, there are so many posts to catch up on! I am usually better than that, but I have been exhausted between my two summer courses which are super accelerated and working out...and trying to have fun this summer!
but i hope everyone is well!!!! we all did great on our jacks! so
i dropped 2 more lbs!!!!! however, i also found out how low my blood pressure was exactly, it was 100/60. i think i should invest in a hrm to get accurate cal counts. do you guys know of any good ones?

1. I lost a total of 20 pounds between January and June, when I met goal.
2. I have maintained at between 2 and 4 pounds under goal for 2 whole months!

1. I lost a total of 20 pounds between January and June, when I met goal.
2. I have maintained at between 2 and 4 pounds under goal for 2 whole months!

1. I lost a total of 20 pounds between January and June, when I met goal.
2. I have maintained at between 2 and 4 pounds under goal for 2 whole months!
Yay me!
Yah you! Way to go. You are an inspiration to all of us!
Great job on your 20 pounds lost and your maintaince I am beginning to find out maintance is alot harder then actually losing...
