I am looking to buy and elliptical. Looking for a recommendation as to what brand, with which features, you recommend?

All depends on your budget but...the brand "Life Fitness" is REALLY good quality.0

I had a Precor (moved across country and I couldn't take it with me) and I loved it. My reasoning behind buying it was I never saw an "out of order" sign on any of the Precors at my gym and those pieces of equipment got used from 6am to 11pm 7 days a week. Well worth the money.0

What features should I look for?0

I don't own one, but I use the ones at the gym quite a bit (they're Precor). They seem to be pretty sturdy. The most important feature I would say is to get a machine that allows you to easily change the resistance, which you should increase as you use the machine more. I usually do an interval workout on those, so that option is great. Another one is to get one with arm poles (whatever they're called), so you can work your upper body a bit if you like (I think you also burn a bit more). I don't really think that the "estimating calories burned" feature is that useful since they're usually inaccurate.0

Well after research and trying them at the store I decided on a Pro-form 18.0 RE. I liked the way it felt and it was very quiet. Now I can't wait for it to get here so I can try it out!0
