    A) b/c there are so many awesome people here to keep me motivated so I can try to motivate them right back. And I want to try to maintain after I hit my ultimate goal.

  • When you reach your target weight are you going to;
    A) Use MFP still to maintain your weight
    B) Set another target weight (this includes bulking up)
    C) Leave MFP for good
    D) Other: Please specify

    At target now...for right now, I on MFP for A, but come fall/winter, will be pursuing B (add more lean muscle mass).

    D) Use MFP to track my food and exercise and to play on the forums, but no new goal (original already exceeded) and I stopped weighing because my weigth just jumps all over the place. As long as I stay healthy and the same size I'm not worried about how much I weigh.

    once I get to my goal weight I want to start getting definition in my muscles, AND MAYBE compete in a figure competition! :)

    A for a few weeks then probably C after i think pffft easy and then when I put on 5 pounds after a few months probably came back on and start again ;P

    A-For sure, probably would not have stayed on track as I have.
    B- Need to add muscle to my arms but not so much to slow my
    striking down.

    A combination of A and B. I hit my "goal" almost a year ago then reevaluated my progress. My current "goal" is not based on weight but on performance & body fat %. I don't really care what my weight is now, I care about how I feel & look in the mirror. I do record my weight but it's not my reason for being on here now. I use the app to track macro nutrients & caloric intake.

    Like others have said, I'm going to use it as a tool to help maintain but I'd also like to begin working on getting leaner and increasing muscle tone.
