A for a few weeks then probably C after i think pffft easy and then when I put on 5 pounds after a few months probably came back on and start again ;P0 -

A combination of A and B. I hit my "goal" almost a year ago then reevaluated my progress. My current "goal" is not based on weight but on performance & body fat %. I don't really care what my weight is now, I care about how I feel & look in the mirror. I do record my weight but it's not my reason for being on here now. I use the app to track macro nutrients & caloric intake.0

Like others have said, I'm going to use it as a tool to help maintain but I'd also like to begin working on getting leaner and increasing muscle tone.0 -
