6 week - Mixed Jillian Challenge

I'm starting a 6 week challenge of mixed Jillian workouts (mine is a day of "30 DS", 1 day of her "Burn Fat Boost Metabolism", 1 day of her "6 week 6 pack" and repeat for 6 days a week). I feel like I'll be less bored than just doing 30DS, and it gives me some new moves, too. I don't usually make it all the way through BFBM and 6W6P, but 20-30 minutes lets me feel accomplished.

So, anyone want to join me?

    Hey, welcome to the party. No specific diet, just staying under my calories and I generally end up high on my protein and low on my carbs. I'm also trying to get in my 6 glasses of water a day (my biggest problem).

    I'm already on day 23 of 30 day shred but starting the 24th of June I am going to mix it up with 30 DS/Ripped in 30/No More Trouble Zones. I have to see if I DO have BFBM...thought I got it but now I'm not sure...I don't know that I'm going to lose much in the weight department as I have only lost 2.5 lbs on 30 DS although I know I've lost inches (waiting until after I'm done to take new measurements). I believe I'm building quite a bit of muscle and that, of course, weighs more than all the fat I'm burning. I'll check back with you on this as it definitely sounds like a lot of fun! :bigsmile:

    Perfect timing! We're starting a Biggerst Loser competition over the next 3 months at work, first weigh-in is Monday. I've got 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, Yoga Meltdown and 6 Week six-pack. Going to miss 1 weigh-in due to cot tagging for a week, but st least now I'll be motivated to take my laptop and workout DVDs with me that week.

    Goal weight: Maybe 117ish, mostly I want to drop body fat and trade it for muscle. Let's say 16% body fat

    I'm just gonna do body revolution since it's a 3 month program, but I'm gonna work with a trainer and do more cardio is well. I would still love to join for the motivation and support though

    I'm in! My plan is to do 30 Day Shred and Six Weeks Six Pack. I want to do Six Weeks Six Pack every single day and add Thirty Day Shred every day as well if possible, or at least every other day.

    I'm up for it. I've done the 30DS enough times so I'm going to go between L-3 & 4 & six pack abs in six weeks. Mostly I want to tone up.

    I'm not so big on measuring weight loss (as I am 130pds and find it really hard to change the scale - but mybody does constantly evolve).
    have been doing 6wk6pk last two weeks mixed in with weights and spin classes and treadmill, just adding in Banish Fat TODAY (first time and approaching with great trepidation!). so would love to join the group for motivation.
    going to mix the two DVDs and do wieghts 2-3 x a week and extra cardio and walks when its nice for the next two months until my birthday August 2nd. Hoping to be looking fab when I turn (gulp) 44.
