    I am starting 30DS tomorrow and when I have finished that I am going to do No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism on alternating days.

    This is awesome. I was just thinking of doing something like this because I can never stick to level 1 of 30 DS for the full 30 days. I'll be rotating between 30 DS, RI 30, and BFBM. I also have 6W6P around here somewhere and when I find it, I'll add that in, too.

    Count me in. I am currently doing her Banish Fat. No More Trouble Zones, Kickboxing, Yoga and 6 Week 6 Pack. Going to add some of the P90X weight dvds this week.

    Well, thanks to you guys I actually crawled out of bed at 6am and did the 30 Day Shred workout this morning. If you knew me you'd know that's a miracle. Pretty excited to see how this plays out over 6 weeks. :)

    Count me in also! Thanks for starting the challenge! This will give me some additional motiviation and use Jillian's DVD's which I haven't used in awhile. I'll be doing 30 DS, Ripped in 30, and her kettleball workout.

    I know Im gonna sound stupid but what is a 30d shred? WHat type pf program are you guys following??? I want to try something else other than my bigest loser game.

    30 Day Shred is a Jillian Michaels(one of the trainers from Biggest Loser) workout dvd. She also has a bunch of other dvds which others in this challenge are mixing up.

    I want in!! I just finished day 21 of the 30DS this morning (day 1 of level 3) so I should be done with that next Wednesday. I was super excited to see this as I was wondering what I was going to do when I finished 30DS and how in the world I would stay accountable. Thanks so much for getting it started. I think after I finish 30DS next week I am going to alternate days with Extreme Shed and Shred, 6 week six pack, Ganish Fat and boost metabolism with a day of cardio (walking, swimming) in between each week.

    did banish fat for the first time yesterday. Was a bit disappointed - it wasn't very hard? Didn't know the boxing moves were in it. will alternate with 6wk6pk but I find that a much more demanding workout.

    This is GREAT Carissa!! YEAH!

    I have family coming in from July 2nd through 16th so I've been trying to decide if I should join or not (it's so hard to do these things with family staying in my home waking up early and staying up late) BUT I think it's worth a try!! Maybe I'll find, it's the perfect time as Grandma and Grandpa could take the boys for a bike ride so I could exercise! :-) I want to try anyway and see how it goes!!!

    I'm not sure which Jillian DVD's I'll do. I have to run and purchase them. I also saw the Jillian Kinect workout game which is right up my alley LOL :-)

    Carissa, I was curious are you doing this instead of running/biking or with it?

    I will probably do some biking with it, but not as much as the rest of the time. Also, I emailed you on how to get the Jillian Michaels stuff online. :)
