If anything bread helps me boost my calories for the day if I'm eating other low cal food!0

I eat P28 Bread. It has very high protein (made with whey) and lower carbs. Tastes fantastic too!0

I think there are much better sources of fiber than a sandwich or toast, I credit quitting white bread, white rice, potatoes, pasta for my success in weight loss and overall improved health. Over 100 pounds in a year dating back before MFP for me. All the above equate to sugar.0
