Beer and shots. In all seriousness, I jumped from 110 to 145 over the course of 3 years. I still drink every once and a while, but the college drunk munchies definitely helped me pack on the pounds.0

Pasta.. pizza.. chocolate.0

Potatoes....especially french fries. Had to have it everyday. Sometimes 2 and 3 times per day...0

Late night bowls of cereal. The kind with lots of sugar. I was truly addicted.

McDonald's french fries hands down. I would get 3 super size and spill in bag with hella salt and shake it up. Trick was to eat them before the grease completely soaked the bag. Fries were the first thing I gave up cold turkey when I began this journey.0

McDonald's breakfast. If I have just one sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit, I won't stop. It's a slippery slope, so I've stayed away from it for over a year, lol!0

10pc chicken nugget meal super sized w/ a double quarter pounder (1 meal) once they stopped super size I went down to medium but then we started eating out 2 -3x a day several days a week
