Thanks for posting this! I haven't checked in a long time, just changed the setting and see that I live on sugar, carbs and fat - the list continues with butter, raw cheddar cheese, cashew pistachio almond mix, various ice creams and so on.
I'm not on a weight loss diet but I could probably put more effort in to eating some veggies and meat. ;)

    rye bread
    pumpkin cheesecake ice cream
    cantaloupe
    greek yogurt
    dark chocolate covered bananas
    eggs
    real mayonnaise
    mixed berries
    dark chocolate

take a look at my diary, it's open, have nothing to hide.
    i was 281lbs on feb 1st. today i am 202lbs.
i'm healthy as a horse (still have 30lbs to go though) and i've even seen my dr. once a month and run blood tests, etc... just to be safe. i get an atta boy and a gold star at every visit.
for the most part, no processed foods.
and i am very full for the day (although i just had a little bought of needing more fat in my diet). basically i end up eating about every two hours from 6am to 8pm.
    happy and healthy.
