Anyone inspiring to be 100lbs or lower?

Hoping to find people who are aiming for the same sort of weight goal as me.

Add me. :)

Okay there's a lot of Chinese whispers going on here!!
I'm NOT 'asking other to 'join me'
I'm not 'unhealthy'
I'm not 'pro-ana'
And I'm not underweight.

People are reading other comments and misleading others!!

All I wanted to know was if there was anyone else who wanted to be 100lbs or lower, whatever your height!
Just asking.
So much drama over a simple question..

(And yes, I did mean 'aspiring' not 'inspiring'.)

What height are you? I'd probably be dead if I went below 100

for your height the lowest u could weight without being under weight would be 118lbs... which would be like megan fox.

Being under 100 lbs is NOT HEALTHY. I weighed 100 lbs in THE FIFTH GRADE and I was by no means overweight as a child. Unless you are under 5ft tall, you should not be aiming for under 100 lbs. Talk to your doctor about a healthy weight range, and try to reset your priorities.

Unfortunatley I can't see many people on here wanting to be 100lbs or lower..
Most people are here to be healthy and I dont think thats quiet a realistic goal weight for healthy.

Oh yeah, didn't notice that. To OP, I'm 2 inches shorter than you and I wouldn't even consider going so low :flowerforyou:

This is not something to "aspire" to....is that the word you meant?

At 5'6" you admit you have EDNOS. You won't find the majority of people here will support you in your unhealthy quest.

    Her inspiration is "SEEING BONES"

Sooo its not a suprise that she wants to be under 100lbs....
  • I can honestly say that you'd probably be crazy unless you where under 5 foot to aim to be less that 100 lbs =) if I could say that in a nicer way I would, but i'm 5'4 and if I go under 120 lbs I'd be underweight causing all sorts of problems (especially in women) and its just not worth the hassle =) plus guys don't really like really skinny girls =P ah ha!!
  • No thanks! as crudely as my partner puts it 'he doesn't want to sleep with a set of bones - nothing is worse than a womans bones digging into me' 100lbs lets not get into the realms of looking ill, its not healthy!

just keep dieting until you reach what makes you comfortable and until you like what you see in the mirror, then maintain it!

She also has a quote saying "eating isn't very chanel."

Please get some help. I'm only an inch taller than you and I would never be 100 lbs or lower.

I don't find anyone over 5' tall "inspiring" if they weigh less than 100 lbs. Just sayin'.

I'm proud to maintain 99 lbs. at 5'5.5 tall (almost 5'6) we all have different frames and everyone's different though, just keep up dieting until you're comfortable where you're at and with what you see in the mirror, and from that moment, maintain =) I first thought below 105 would look bad so I initially promised to stop once I hit that, but I'm naturally narrow! I look best/most like a petite-model type at the current 99 that makes me happy =)

We might have different "frames" but your height itself makes 99lb underweight :ohwell:

Agreed.... Of course you can't come onto a fitness/health announcing EDNOS as an inspiration. People are really going to express their opinions on this one.

I think thats okay if it matches your body type. I'm 4'10" and I weigh 88 pounds. That is considered underweight for me but I exercise a lot and I have a strict diet. Just do what fits your type and do it responsibly.

Strong healthy bones are beautiful. I love my bones to show in a healthy way. In ballet the dancer must be strong lean all bones and lean muscles.

I'm 5ft5 and have no interest in looking like the crypt keeper so I don't see myself trying to go anywhere further than 125-130.

it should be locked by admin soon....they locked mine because i was eating only 600 calories and I was in no way asking anyone else to do it. This person is asking others to follow her...smdh, seeing every bone in your body is not pretty, just as seeing an 600 lb woman or man isn't pretty and neither one is healthy.

Trolling? Because surely someone can't be that oblvious to think people wouldn't take issue. If she is serious, I'll just say this; I've been there, it's horrific. You'll be miserable and ill. Sure, don't believe it and don't listen, but it's ABSOLUTELY true - your brain won't have the capacity to be anything but miserable, confused and depressed. It's science. You'll lose the fat, you'll lose the muscle, but you won't be happy because you'll start losing your brain cells too. I understand the overwhelming need to stay on your chosen goal but I truly hope you get some perspective, and at the very least have the good grace not to encourage disordered behaviors on a HEALTHY EATING site either. Sure my goals aren't always logical or healthy, but that's why I'm here, catch me on a bad day and I could easily get wrapped in this. MFP shouldn't be a place for triggers.

Sorry, rant over. I don't mean to sound harsh. And I hope that one day you'll see past defining yourself by double digits.
