    AGREED! :D Hahahaha. Sometimes I'd rather stick to frozen single entree lasagna meals... It's safer. Not as good... But safer. ^^

    This is similar to how I make manicotti, except I season the cheese with italian seasonings, and add eggs to it for firmness. The only real difference is that manicotti is made with the hollow, 6" long by 1.5" diameter tubular noodles.

    Can be if you want it to be. Make your own marinara sauce, use full-fat cheese, whole-grain noodles, and whatever else you constitute as clean eating. :P I'd say the recipe by itself is "clean" enough /for me/, except I'd use whole-grain noodles and add spinach. Nom.
