    Ugh... Every time I think of a random roll of TP I think of this return flight I took from Switzerland to Canada. Some older Indian woman used the facilities before me and wound up getting poo all over the roll. It was DISGUSTING! Definitely made me think twice before using public restrooms again. :angry:

    Over, always over, then you dont have to touch the paper 30 times to find the end or touch the wall with your germy hand to get the paper.

    but daughter likes it under, so we constantly have paper wars in her bathroom. I flip it over when i go in there and she'll turn it back under when she does.

    In our bathroom with 4 kids, if we go OVER then it can get lowered just enough for the end to start going into the trashcan - YUCK!
