    I love my kids and most of my friend's kids (yes, I have some friends whose kids I cannot stand). Random kids in my neighborhood -- not a fan. I bow down to teachers. For reals.

    First of all- hot shoes. Love them.

    Second, I think I actively dislike other people's kids. I wasn't sure I wanted kids when I was younger and then changed my mind. I love my kids. I think everything they do is hysterical, witty, adorable. I gush, I smile, I laugh, I cuddle, I found as much patience I could muster for my own kids.

    All my friends have kids now and well, I just don't enjoy theirs. I went to the park this weekend with my best friend and her 3 kids. I wanted to pull my hair out. I have to remind myself while she is finding her kids- cute, hysterical, witty, etc.... it's because they are hers and maybe she doesn't feel all that good about mine either. Although- mine are so great, I find that very hard to believe.

    So no, you are not alone.
