    I eat 1580 day + ALL my calories burned through exercise... so usually eating 1900-2200 a day. :drinker:

    Nothing much to be proud of to undereat by that much.

    600 is extremely low. I agree with everybody else please eat more. I would hope you want to be healthy not to starve yourself.

    After my initial 50lbs lost, I got stuck at 1200-1300 for 6 months. Raised to 1600-1800 and I'm losing again!!!!

    Why do I love food so much? I need some satisfying non-caloried snacks...

    700 - 800 per day up until i reach my target weight of 11 stone then i will up it to 1000 = 1200:love:

    its quite easy if most of it is in chicken, and you dont drink the calories! :) unfortunately, 300 of the 566 or so is in chocolate! whoops! xD my food diary is public if you want to see :)

    My average over the last 30 days was 2313. A low calorie day for me would be around 2200 and a high calorie day around 2800.

    No it's not okay. It's most likely about 40% of your basal metabolic rate, your BMR = the calories your body needs as a bare minimum for your organs to function even if you stayed in bed all day.

    Only eating 566 calories is nothing to celebrate.

    I am very sedentary (the the computer all the time). I eat 1650 plus exercise calories to lose weight.
