As I am just starting I am aiming for 1200/1400 daily quite happy with that0

well, i actually ate 566 calories. but its okay since i do nothing but sit at the computer watching marilyn monroe movies and sleeping and most of its in meat and fruit
that doesnt make it okay... i doubt your BMR (basal metabolic rate- what your body needs to FUNCTION properly) is under 1200.... if i sat in bed all day, i wouldnt eat under 1450.
use this...seriously... calculate what you need...what youre doing isnt healthy

I eat between 1600-2200 with a net always between 1400-1700. I'm on a 2lb per week loss goal, so once I hit my goal in another 15 pounds I'll be kicking that up to a net of 2000-2200.0

please people. my goal was just to have a bmi of 17.4, because thats how much i would need to have a flat belly.
i am extremely short, so its not a big deal.
and i switch my calories up, yesterday i had 1400, today 600. tomorrow probably 1400 again.

I would get the shakes, feel faint, possibly pass out on only 600
its quite easy if most of it is in chicken, and you dont drink the calories! unfortunately, 300 of the 566 or so is in chocolate! whoops! xD my food diary is public if you want to see

Truth be told, I rarely net more than 1000 a day. And it's often a fair bit lower. I just don't get too hungry, I realised I was eating out of boredom when I started my weight loss 'journey' xx0

I eat anywhere between 1200 - 1500 cals a day. I do try and stay closer to 1200, though in saying that if i feel hungry (and it's not thirsty hungry) I'll eat or snack healthy.
Also contrary to what most people will say I do not eat back by exercise calories.0 -

A 5', 19yo female that weighs 100 lbs has a Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) including total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) of 1539.24 calories per day. You need to be eating at least 1200 calories, and instead of trying to be underwieght in the anorexic category, try working out doing crunches and lifting weights. Please get help

Girl, 600 is too low on any day
Don't let your feelings get hurt, some people are trying to help, other people are just being mean so there's no need for hurt feelings I used to aim for less than 1000, usually around 500-750. Lasted ages on it as well, and Lord, it did me no good whatsoever. Trying to get over it, but it's hard. Maybe it would be good for you to learn a bit more about getting healthy rather than getting thin, and besides, my friend has a BMI of 22.5 and she's got the flattest stomach. Honestly, it would do you more good to up your calories AND you'd be more successful if you want to lose a few more pounds so it's a win win0 -

I started trying to zig zag my calories. So it ranges from 1200 - 1800.0
