      Well, then, even better! I drove through on my way to Knoxville last weekend and I cannot believe how much it has changed. All that development along 81! It was a different world when I was there. But I still love those mountains and the charm of Abingdon and the people. Definitely awesome!

      Now that school is out for the summer, I need to make a summer schedule as far as eating every few hours and exercise 2-3 times a week and make sure I stick with it. Then resume my normal schedule once the school year starts.
