    I agree with the OP...if I need to make a quick change, I drink water and nothing else. I love my soda, but if I replace soda with water it literally does so much more than save 150 calories per can. It makes me feel fuller, I eat less, and I crave healthy food like veggies and fruit. When I have soda, I crave salt.
