Wow!!!! How long did it take to lose and what did you do?

Exercise: I started MFP in November 2010, so it's been just over a year and a half. When I started, I was only walking. After a couple of months, I added Zumba to my walking. At 6 months I started running. I have dabbled in strength training, but I plan on changing that. This week I am starting Stronglifts 5x5.

Diet: Since I had so much to lose, I started on 1200 calories (plus exercise calories). At about a year I changed my goals, and started eating 1350. Over the past few months, I have been at a plateau, so I bumped my calories again to about 1640 (just started manually changing my goals around to arrive at this #). Since then I have started looking more into the TDEE/BMR calculations, and just by coincidence, I am pretty close to where I should be with that method. I try to eat more clean fresh food than processed, I eat dessert every night, I LOVE cheese, I try to stay within my macros (I have the hardest time with carbs), I eat a ton of vegetables, and I rarely eat out or drink soda.

So motivating! I will try to post pics but it may not work. My before is from last year. At my highest I weighed 232. I currently weigh 198. I have stopped for a bit but now I'm trying to get back on track. My stomach is my biggest problem and I blame it on my kids! lol I had 3 kids in less than 3 years (one set of twins so I carried 13 pounds of baby) and both pregnancies were c-sections.

    Here you go! Nice work.

Okay- I did it wrong but my progress pic is my profile pic. : )

Thanks! I also just realized that I have the date wrong on the picture- the first picture should say April 2011- not 2010- oops! ; )
