Start Date July 15 Starting weight 192 (goal = 169) (23 pounds)
Week 1 July 22 CW = 189.8 / Loss - 2.2 / total loss = -2.2
Week 2 July 29 CW = 189.8 / Loss = BIG FAT ZERO (TOM) / total loss = -2.2
Week 3 August 5 - on vacation
Week 4 August 12 – on vacation
Week 5 August 19 - CW = 190.4 / Gain of 0.6 / Total loss = 1.6
Week 6 August 26 - CW=190.4 / no change, but no gain, either! / Total loss = 1.6
Really REALLY wish that I was farther along than this, but I know that is my own dang fault for slacking off on the exercise while I was on vacation. I'm choosing to take this as a life lesson to remind myself of what I already know and that is: I have to stay on top of my diet and exercise ALWAYS.

Every time I've put on weight in the past it has been because I thought that I could start "slacking". I think maybe now it is sinking in.

Week 3 August 5 - 184.5 lbs (-1.5 this week ) (-4.5 total)
Week 4 August 12 - 185 lbs (+.5 this week) (-4 total)
Week 5 August 19 - 183 lbs (-2 this week) (-6 total)
Week 6 August 26 - 180.5 lbs (-2.5 this week) (-8.5 total)

Week 1 July 22 - 300.4 down 2.6 I'll take it!
Week 2 July 29 – 300.4 No loss but after camping last weekend I’m surprised I didn’t gain. Hopefully next week will show a loss.
Week 3 August 5 - 299.6 -.8 lost really been struggling. Still trying though.
Week 4 August 12 – 296 -3.6 woohoo!!!!!
Week 5 August 19 – 293.8 -2.2 Yeah! I didn’t blow it on my camping trip last weekend.
Week 6 August 26 – 292.3 -1.5 Woo hoo! Might make it to my short term goal next week! I sure hope so! Total of 10.7 lost since we started our group.

Good Morning everyone! I stayed the same this week, but I'm not upset. Matter of fact I'm over joyed with my progress. Who would have thought I was going to be so successful. My husband asked me not to lose any more weight . Everyone at work has started noticing (finally!) and I have received hugh compliments. It pays to stay focused.

Week 6 August 26 138.6 (+.4 lbs, -1 inch) (total -2 lbs, -5.5 inch)
Up a little but that is ok, I will see a loss next week.

I am really doing great with my working out, I just need to get my eating under control. Evenings seem to be my weak time right now. I need to get some quilt blocks going that need hand sewing so my hands are occupied when I sit down at night to watch tv...maybe that way I won't eat.
Have a great day! I have already burned 300 calories today with my morning walk. (I have been shooting for 3 workouts per day that burn 300-400 calories each)
I know what you mean about getting out of the 180's. I am finally almost there. I know you can do it. You are so right to track everything. If you put everything in in the morning, you will feel more compelled to keep to your schedule. Hang in there, it will come off sooner than you think. :bigsmile:0 -

So only 20 lbs to my ideal weight, 15 to what I would be happy with. So I must be experiencing what people call the hard last 15? Argggg:grumble:

Week 1 July 22 - 139.5 lbs (-.5)
Week 2 July 29 - 137.5 lbs (-2) (-2.5 total)
Week 3 August 5 - 137.5 lbs (nothing this week)

My goal is to lose 20 lbs. by Christmas to bring me down to 120 lbs. But I'll be happy at 125 (I'm short and very small framed). If I meet my goal, I'll go shopping for myself at all the after-Christmas sales!!! I'll probably do it anyway, but I won't feel guilty about it; it will be my reward.... hmmm what should I get, maybe a smoking hot outfit for New Years Eve?0 -

Tonight I take my measurements and see if I've lost some more inches with the lbs I have lost this month. I only plan to measure once a month and last month I was quite pleased.
This weekend I am going to FanExpo which is like the Canadian version of ComiCon so hopefully I will have some great pictures and buy some really cool stuff.

Switching things up will help wake your body up. Once your body gets use to a routine, that is when you plateau. Switch up your workouts, that will help tremendously. :bigsmile:0 -
