i am 5'10" and i LOVE, LOVE, LOVE wearing heels!!! i don't care if people like it or not. I am nice enough not to wear clothing inappropriate for my size because of what people think, so i let myself not care what people think of me in my heels.

When I wear heels, I am nearly 6'3". I have never been compared to asparagus. I get a lot of compliments from both men and women. I used to be really nervous about my height. I was the tallest girl in school and was constantly asked, "Do you play basketball?" (I played hockey, and NOT on a girls team.)

Rock the heels. Screw what other people think. You need to do YOU and follow your heart, and if anyone else is critical, they need to look in a mirror.

Just my two cents.

i am always nervous. i feel like an ogre. i am 5'11" without the heels. and i love them, but i seldom wear them.

Not a trick question I am 5'9 I use to love to wear heels but when I started dating my current BF I am taller than him standing bare foot so I rarely wear heels anymore. It was just a question and I am not the type that cares what other people think of me. We wher e driving through a very popular night life area the other night and I noticed alot of tall women wearing 4" if not higher heels. Some where very attractive and some just looked very tall

Yes to tall girls in heels. I am straight and average height but all of my (girl) friends would be considered tall. I think no matter what confidence is an attractive force and if you are already tall and ballsy enough to put on 4 inch heels than more power to you, I am way jealous.

I recently discovered I love tall women in heels I was in a bar the other week and there was 2 girls in there both 5'11 and they were wearing 4" heels I couldn't keep my eyes off them. It didn't hurt that they were both fashion students and they was out celebrating one of their birthdays as I found out when I got chatting to them later on.

I am 5'10" and regularly wear 4" - and sometimes 6" - heels. I like them so it doesn't really matter if other people do or not.

It makes me feel feminine and, at 5'10" when your name is Cory, that's not always easy to do. I'm going to tower over most men anyway, so why not do it while rocking cute heels?

ETA - this was me last night. I was wearing 4" wedges, so I was about 6'2" - all manly, right??? (not at all)

I'm 6'0" and I ROCK heels often. I am literally a shoe addict, and my closet is STOCKED with high heeled shoes. I LOVE being tall, and can't imagine being regular. I love the spotlight, what can i say? lol

Wear them if you like them. I am impressed when see women tottering around all day in heels. I can't hang. Walkin + heels for me = bad idea, my feet are killing after about 1 hours of standing (some shoes are better). I am average height, 5'4.5"

I'm 5'10 and my husband is exactly the same height. I've always felt like a giant (even before I met him), so I don't love wearing heels when I'm with him. honestly, my bigger issues is that I wear a size 12 shoe and they make frumpy flats and hooker heels, but nothing in between... I'm torn. When I'm feeling good about my body, I love wearing 3" heels, but most days I wear flats or 1" wedges. It's more about the confidence of the woman than anything else.

I have this same problem when shopping for shoes. I'm a size 12 wide and looking for cute or dressy shoes it pure torture. I typically buy them at payless but I have their selection so lately I've been looking at zappos.com.
I'm 6'0 and my bf is 6'4 so now and then I'll wear a small heel but nothing that puts me over my bf's height.

I'm 5'10" and wear heels all the time. Personally my max is about 3 inches, because anything over and I start walking like a flamingo... LOL. I also have no problem dating men who are the same height or a tad shorter than me in flat feet, and if THEY have a problem with my height, then I'm not interested in dating them!
