Halfway, and what a journey! 105 days logged in today - good and steady weight loss

My HABITS have changed, as have my tastebuds. Junk food doesn't satisfy me the way it used to. I cook nearly every day. I find it easier to recover from slip ups. I have come SO far!

Okay, so I meant to post this on the day I reached halfway (13th June), but I didn't get around to it. After I reached halfway and decided to have a 'celebratory binge', I was bloated, uncomfortable and didn't lose anymore. I put on water weight because of the binge, then lost it but didn't lose anymore. Throughout this week, I ate WAY too much rubbish and binged twice more.

But I'm back to normal now, and, after dropping my calories to 1450, I've lost 1.8lbs this morning!

I've lost 25.8lbs so far, and I am seriously so happy about that, I could cry. I am PROUD. Proud as HELL of what I've achieved. Another 22.2lbs to goal
