Tortilla chips and cheese dip. Ive been fighting the urge to eat cheese since I've started this plan. Its killing me not to fill a plate with tortilla chips and heat shredded cheese on them in the microwave.0

I can't reply to this because I do not want to think about what I cannot have to eat. I want to focus on healthy foods that nourish me and replenish my soul (lean proteins, veggies, fruit, Greek yogurt). I think it is unproductive to feel sad or bereft because of something I used to eat (a lot of, actually) is no longer part of my healthy lifestyle. All the best, LeeAnn0

Pizza or overly processed food. The most I'll let myself have is nature valley bars, luna bars, or kashi bars/cereal in the house. Otherwise, I'm eating as close to the earth as possible. If I had that stuff in my house, I'd binge on it, likely.0

I feel like it would be easier to type a list of food that I CAN have in the house....
AGREED!!
For me, no cheddar cheese, chips of any kind, sugary cereals, cookies/pastries/candy, ICE CREAM. oh lord ice cream, cannot be trusted.
geez....my house sounds boring!0 -
            Chocolate chip cookies!0

Nutella (even though I'm lactose intolerant, whups) and more recently, Biscoff spread. It's spreadable cookies and very dangerous, so as long as I stay away from smears like those two, I'm golden.0

carrot cake, particularly homeade. I will sit and eat 2-3 slices easily because it is so delicious. Ymmmmm.0

My home made peanut butter cookies with chocolate butter cream frosting. My family begs me to make them. I used to be able to eat 4 - 5 at one time. Now I can hardly eat one. They are so rich.

I keep no junk food of any kind and very little processed foods.
Here's the deal.
If it's here, I will eat it.
Just knowing it's there makes me think about it until I break resolve and eat it all.
That's just me.0 -
I honestly can't think of anything that I cannot have in the house at this point. I'm sort of amazed now that it's dawned on me - we have ice cream, chocolate, cookies, cereal, nutella, chips - if and when I eat any of it, I count out a portion, either a serving or half a serving, I enjoy it, and that's it! My desire to eat healthy and make this my lifestyle has become a habit! No more junkie cereal for breakfast, no more filling half my lunch plate with chips, no more huge bowls of ice cream - just a portion, it fits in my goals, I'm happy, my body's happy, and my fat can hit the road! :laugh:0

Cranberry Almond Crunch cereal. That stuff is like crack for me.0

Peanut butter! I'll end up just eating a lot of it in one setting...straight from the jar!
