    Wow, you look fantastic. Definitely inspired by seeing how great you look, how much younger too. Your stomach/thighs look good, no saggy skin?? (that is my fear, looking like a huge Shar Pei dog with hanging rolls of skin). Can't believe you accomplished that in about 6 months!!!! You should be very proud of this accomplishment.

    i did it in about 6 months, i go for about an hour walk every day and i dont eat back the calories that i burn. i eat 1,100-1,200 a day :)
