    Inspiring. I'm 53 @ started off at around 215-220 as well (now 161-ish). You looked awesome @ 140. Only have about 22 lbs to go tp be that weight, but I don't think I"ll look anywhere as good as you... i seem to have quite some flab left! Interesting how the same weight and height can look totally different on people.
