Ready to Rock It! - 12 Week Challenge

Hi! My name is Kristen and I host the "Thin In My Skin!" challenge. I have been the host for three long term challenges, here on MFP, and now it's time to get ready for the next one! This next challenge is "Ready to Rock it!" and goes for 12 weeks. It is from July 2nd to October 1st. Our weigh ins will be on Mondays and need to be in by noon PST. If your weigh in is not posted by that time, it will not be on that week's chart. If Friday, Saturday, or Sunday is better for you to weigh in... no problem. Just make sure to use the same day every week. We will have at least one mini challenge every week. After the first week, it will be given by one of our biggest losers. If you don't want to do the challenges, no problem. Here is the format that we'll use for the weigh ins.

Please always use the format, to make it easier for me to find you on my chart. :-) If you don't want to set mini goals, that's up to you. I'm a really informal host. The thread will be pretty easy going, with a great group of people posting and supporting each other along our weight loss journey. We won't have pressure here. One negative... If you miss 3 weigh ins in a row, you will be dropped from the chart that third week. If you'd like to join, welcome! For now, please state how much weight you'd like to lose over our 12 week period so that I know what group to put you in. :-) You do not need to use the above format until our first official weigh in on July 2nd.

Thanks Kristen for doing another challenge! I did not get my weigh in in today.....long story. I will be on vacation in California from 6/29-7/6, but I will post my weigh in before I leave.....1st weeks will be vacation weight as my son in law is a chef....lol

I am going to give this a go! I've not seen the scale move in about 2.5 weeks (although I'm losing inches) and I like the idea of becoming more involved with MFP, aside from logging and blogging!
