Well it seems as though I over did it on the sodium again... :blushing:
Hopefully that's all it is! I was down to 187 in the last challenge, so I'm not really sure what happened.
I have been doing more weights so perhaps that is the problem, I just hope it evens itself out again!

HELP!!! Haven't been logging my food in on MFP, but have been writing everything down to keep me honest. I also started Jillian Michael's 30DS and have done it faithfully since last Sunday, so today is my 9th consecutive day. Had one family cookout, but didn't really overdo it, and also have a stomach bug, and the first couple of days I hardly ate... feel swollen/bloated, but have NO IDEA WHY! I figured at worst I'd stay the same, but was honestly expecting to lose something! SO FRUSTRATED!0 -

I'm going the wrong way!! I have totally lost my motivation. I haven't been tracking at all. I haven't been drinking water like I need to and I have been hitting the Coke like it's the only thing left.
