Also, there are things you can eat in the AM 2-3 hours prior to your run that will help your 5K. Check it out on line. 1/2 a bagel and 1/2 a banana a couple hours before (along with my tea) usually helps my energy level.0

I like to run at night but I run in the morning sometimes to wake myself up and to have a nice cool run. I use morning runs to clear my head and to stimulate my brain to work for the day haha.0
