What do you do for exercise when you have sore muscles?

    I do yoga and pilates when I'm sore. They don't burn a massive amount of calories, but they're great after a workout that makes you sore or on off-days. I notice yoga also helps me with strength and breathing for cardio.

    A form roller might help. It'll hurt at first but after using it for a few times you'll feel better.

    It'll go away with time. I just work thru it. I kinda love being sore lol
