39 miles for me this week - 23 of them today!! :happy:
I spent 3 hours cycling around our local reservoir, it's beautiful there and the weather today was lovely, sunny but still cool enough that i wasn't uncomfortable.
I did treat myself to and icecream and then fish and chips for tea but i still have 1800 calories to eat up!! Somehow i don't think i'm going to get there!! lol0 -
I guess we're the only ones left here, Jax. :laugh: Great job! About the same mileage for me this week. Did lots of walking and strength training. Gotta keep changing things up :drinker:0

Hey guys! I'm still here on mfp just haven't been riding cause its too darn cold... Its my running season too but once the weather gets better I plan on getting back on my bike about once a week, hopefully within the next couple weeks the weather will be nice, I can't wait!!! I hope I remember how to ride haha Hope everyone is doing well... my dad and uncle are doing a fun ride next week called the "Zin Spin" ... it tours a bunch of local wineries and then ends with wine tasting and such so thats kind of cool... I think its 62 miles.. I would be doing it but I'll be out of town and who am I kidding I haven't been riding enough to do 62 miles at the drop of a hat! lol

Well i finally got back on my bike, I did 30 miles on Friday, it felt GREAT and the weather was perfect, sooo glad it wasn't cold.

Hey Sky, hope you are all settled into your new place now and have managed to get out on your bike this week.
I managed about 25 miles this week and i'm hoping to do another 12 - 15 miles tomorrow, depending on the weather. Todays cycle was in very strong winds which upped the calorie burn quite a bit!0 -
Another big fat 0 for me again this week . Today starts a new week. Gotta get back on track! All moved in and ready to ride :happy:

You're way ahead of me, Jax!! About 15 miles for me last week, but determined to hit at least 75 this week. Time to get in gear. I have a wedding to go to in July and I want to look good (and maybe ask my trainer to go with me :blushing: ). :laugh: :laugh:

Great job you guys! I did 22 today, I'm going to be riding a lot more now cause the doc told me no more running for at least 4 weeks.. I was not happy! But I will be able to get my bike out more plus swim. I felt great today and the weather was perfect... jax I hope you ask your trainer to the wedding, that would be cool. Have a great week!

I just got back from 35 mi, the weather was PERFECT... I was only planning on doing around 20 but it was too nice of a day to pass up! I can't believe I stopped cycling for so long. I forgot how much I love it.
