Pop-Tarts, Diet Coke, and Ice Cream!!

Mmmmmmmm- I am going to have pop-tarts for breakfast, with a side of ice cream and wash it all down with a diet coke!!

Can't wait for the instantaneous attack of Fat and Diabetes that will come, not to mention that I will probably die tomorrow- even though It all fits into my calories for the day!!

    pop tarts i am not crazy for, they do in a pinch like when camping or stuck on the road.
    if the ice cream is mint chocolate chip, i'm allllll over that!

    i do love me some diet coke though.... it's my weakness and my only true vice. i wish i could say i'd stop drinking it, but it would be a bold faced LIE! :-)

    if whatever you're doing is working for you, keep on doing it ;-)

    WOW nice and also great that it fits into your calories....now I am hungry for the bryers peanut butter cup ice cream and brownies that I have int he house for those not dieting

    I've had 2 servings of ice cream every day for the last 10 days at least. Topped it off last night with a nutella/banana/tortilla burrito.
