Welcome to our first weigh in! Thanks for all of the weigh ins, so far! Tomorrow is going to be SUPER BUSY and probably crazy on here too! We should have a lot of weigh ins and we probably will still have people trying to join. Please be patient. Because I am still taking care of my granddaughter (an unexpected occurence), and finishing up our last challenge tomorrow, and because there will be people that won't weigh in so I'll be inviting other people (from the backup list), our first chart won't be posted until Tuesday evening.

To those that haven't been in one of my challenges before - This is going to be harder than you think. Sometimes you'll be happy! Sometimes you'll be discouraged and maybe even mad. Sticking with the challenge is to your benefit. REALLY!!! I and others have lost our weight (so far) from having to be accountable, and posting our numbers, in places like this. Based on past challenges, more than half of you will leave. :-( It gets embarrassing for people to post a gain more than one week in a row. In ALL of the challenges I've hosted (4 of them), not ONCE have I seen anyone post a negative comment about a person that has posted a gain. REALLY!!!

I refuse to let my gain affect to way I see this challenge. Calorie zig zagging did not seem to work for me so I am going to go back to 2000 calories a day and hopefully have a loss next week I have realised that 15 lbs loss is definitely too much for me so If I get to the 170's I will be happy! I have been inspired by that amazing picture transformation posted the other day so I took my own before picture for this challenge (I wont be posting it because it's in undies and that is no sight for anyone haha) Good luck everyone.0 -

I copied and pasted this from the previous thread but updated the 7/2/12 weight, I'm not sure if I need to change current weight to 155.5 since the challenge officially starts today or keep the original weight 157 as current weight?
