I am 27 years old with a 7 year old daughter and a 5 year old daughter. I've been morbidly obese for as long as i can remember. Im 3/2010 i got to my highest weight ever 401lbs. I normally ranged around the 380's. Today i am 343lbs i have a long way to go BUT i am doing it...

The bike i used to do 20 min and get tired... now i upped the resistance and do 40 minutes.
Elliptical i did a total 42 minutes i have no idea how but i did.. i am sooo proud of myself never thought i could handle 10 minutes none the less 42 minutes! i am getting used to the workouts and it feels so great!

At my biggest 401lbs 3/2010

You keep this up and you'll be in the 200's in no time... and as far away as it may seem sometimes, you will break into ONEderland after that.

I wholeheartedly applaud you for taking this step in reclaiming your life. Keep on kickin' *kitten*!!!!
