Alright MFP! This is going to be a 30 day challenge! The objective is to lose as much as you can in 30 days...pounds, inches, dress size, whatever you want to use! You can use all three if you want, (that's what im doing) just because sometimes the stubborn scale doesn't move and you could be losing inches. So I named the challenge PUSH TIL YOU DROP because I am literally going to push myself until I see some numbers drop! Id like to think that taking it 30 days at a time will be more successful rather than setting a goal in 6 months that I want to lose X amount of weight. But anyways, if you want to join along, send me your info below!

My goals this week are to get back on track- I haven't had a GOOD workout in over a month because after work, and then playin with my 2 year old son all I want to do is go to bed. The last two days i've worked out but nothing like before because I haven't in so long so I feel dead after 10 minutes. Last night I did about 20 minutes on the kettlebell. As far as weight, I'd like to lose 5 lbs by next friday. And food- continue to eat healthy!!0

I know I asked earlier, but what is your goal for THIS WEEK? I'll start with myself...I want to see at least 2 pounds gone, and actually do EVERY SINGLE workout on my Brazil Butt Lift. I sometimes get in the habit of just doing 1 of the 2 workouts in that day, and my goal is to do NOT SKIP ONE WORKOUT THIS WEEK!
