    I entered the recipe into the calculator, depending on how many servings you divide it into, it is anywhere from just under 200 for 12 servings, to about 250 for 9 servings.

    I'm thinking about doing an adaptation using PB2 to cut down on the fat and calories. But, I can imagine this being a phenomeal treat on a cold winter morning. Thanks!

    This recipe is down to 170 calories. I think we could easily adapt it and use some pb or some PB2 (powered peanuts) to make a yummy healthy breaky. Thanks!

    when I entered it into the recipe calculator, I omitted the butter and cut the brown sugar in half. With all that PB, it's not going to lack sweetness.

    here on MFP. Hit the food tab, then recipes, then enter new recipe. Enter all the ingredients and tell it how many servings. Presto!

    Ingredients (1 serving)

    1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Speculoos Cookie Butter (or Biscoff Spread)
    1/3 cup milk, preferably organic (I used 1%)
    1 egg white, preferablly organic
    1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a small ovenproof bowl.

    In a small mixing bowl, whisk together oats, baking powder, and salt.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together cookie butter and egg white until smooth; whisk in milk and vanilla extract.

    Pour dry ingredients into wet and stir with a rubber spatula until combined (be sure to fully mix the sticky cookie butter-milk mixture into the dry mixture). Spoon mixture into prepared bowl.

    Bake for 20 minutes, or until oatmeal is puffed and set.

    I put my ingredients through MFP recipe calculator and have it coming out at 284 calories and 21g of protein! Brilliant! I would probably eat this with some low fat Greek yoghurt mixed with jam and add another 8g of protein to it, all for less than 400 cals!
