When I cleaned up my diet and got REAL serious about it, three months. I don't have a six-pack but ab defintion though.0

I have to agree with body fat statements by everyone. I have ways to go still since I'm one of the unlucky people that gains weight in the waist first lol.

You are not special. Everyone gains weight there and it's the last thing to go.
No, cutting down on carbs facilitates but it's not the entire equation.
Also, it may take a month or two. It depends on your starting body fat % and how you eat.0 -
