    for those of you that are sarcastic i wish i could just block all the negativity it's sooo annoying!

    I'm only slightly sarcastic but seriously adding incline to your cardio (if you're using the treadmill) does make a huge difference. I alternate the incline on and off in 5 minute periods. It really burns through the calories. Try it out and good luck.

    If you want to burn the same amount of calories in 30 mins, you'll to increase your intensity level. Drive yourself harder or increase your time. Good Luck. I know it sucks but that's just how it goes.

    That. I started running because my walks, even after increasing speed, adding incline and adding hand weights, wasn't getting me the burn I wanted.
