for those of you that are sarcastic i wish i could just block all the negativity it's sooo annoying!
I'm only slightly sarcastic but seriously adding incline to your cardio (if you're using the treadmill) does make a huge difference. I alternate the incline on and off in 5 minute periods. It really burns through the calories. Try it out and good luck.0 -
If you want to burn the same amount of calories in 30 mins, you'll to increase your intensity level. Drive yourself harder or increase your time. Good Luck. I know it sucks but that's just how it goes.
That. I started running because my walks, even after increasing speed, adding incline and adding hand weights, wasn't getting me the burn I wanted.0
