    Teh Monster got me good yesterday. When I got home from work I ate about 5 snack bars (whereas one would have been more appropriate), then after eating a decent portion of a digiorno flatbread pizza early in the evening that was planned, I ate the rest before bedtime instead of putting it in a bag for work today :( The funny thing is I had a lot of exercise yesterday and MFP still projected me out with a slight loss over the five weeks. Today is a new day though, and the Binge Monster is going DOWN.....

    I wish that I hadn't forgotten about this thread last night... maybe I could have defeated him. So, I am making myself post even though it is embarrassing that I just started this challenge. Maybe the more I have to embarrass/humiliate myself... the stronger I will get & eventually can defeat 'em.

    It's my TOM I have figured out which explains last night's and subsiquent binge this evening. I have a super workout planned tomorrow to try and combat it - trying not to let it get me down.

    I wanna join in so far I've binged 2x since July 1but I'm happy to say that I'm back on track and staying committed to trying to occupy my time with other things...instead of snacking when I'm bored
