I just ate a whole bunch of peanut butter cup ice cream.
Its my favorite kind and I at least 3 servings.

I feel so awful....

    I eat Ice Cream Every single night. One serving of Edy's Slow Churned. Best ice cream and half the calories.

    I love ice cream and I wish I can eat alot right now but I told myself I couldn't since I just did that few days ago :)

    When I do that, I exercise a little to make it seem not so bad ;) 15 minutes of jumproping makes a binge seem less daunting!

    Didn't read the other responses, but why do you feel terrible? Did you eat too much and your stomach is upset? Or do you feel bad for eating it at all?

    Let me ask you this....are you willing to give up that ice cream for the rest of your life? No? You shouldn't have to. Eat it, log it, move on. Life happens. Hey...my lunch today was frozen yogurt WITH topping! *Gasp!* It was a chance for me to meet up with some really good friends and I wasn't going to pass it by.

    I love icecream too. That's why I don't buy it because i won't stop eating until the whole container of ice cream is gone.

    jealous. bet it was delicious... BUT... heres MY "ice cream" that i have EVERY NIGHT before bed. SOOO GOOD!!

    -1 scoop casein protein (i use ON cookies n cream...chocolate is yummy too)
    -1 TBSP nut butter of choice
    -add in unsweetened almond milk and mix until its a pudding like consistancy

    freeze for 1/2 hr- 1 hr.... EAT :) its so yummy and its the perfect bedtime snack to repair muscles.

    Did you fit it into your daily budget of calories and macros?

    1) If yes, CONGRATS! You're still going to lose weight and you just did something that I call "baller". You IIFYM princess you.
    2) If no, Oh well. Don't feel guilty. Next time, figure out how to structure your total daily intake of food so that you CAN have some ice-cream and still hit your nutritional targets by days end. Then see 1) above.

    We've all been there, done that. Life goes on....and for what it's worth, I would have probably done the same thing...peanut butter ice cream is my weakness.

    I do the same. If i do enough cardio (700+calories burned), ill have a 2-3 servings.

    Well, for sure we can learn things from occasional binges. Such as why we wanted to change our diets in the first place... and maybe what our emotional triggers are that make us go past a few spoonfuls to a full-on binge. Don't give up and don't beat up on yourself. Hang in there. As Scarlett O'Hara says, "Tomorrow is another day!"

    I do the same. If i do enough cardio (700+calories burned), ill have a 2-3 servings.

    Sometimes I go really crazy and put a 90 calorie Fiber one brownie in the microwave for 20 seconds, toss the ice cream on top and put LIGHT whipped cream on top. Best 250 calorie dessert in the world.

    I never liked carrot cake until I ate the Carrot cake from Costco. OMFG, AWESOME.

    I ate 2-300 calorie servings, went over by 1,000 calories today, do I feel guilty? Absolutely not, I wanted it! Now I know that to stay within my "weekly" calories, I must not go over my 1300 for the rest of the week! That's what it's about, balance, 1 enjoyable day should not make you feel guilty, you will have many more.....you should, you deserve it!
