How sad :( She was probably really embarrassed for freaking out...she could have just said "Oh I didnt know that, cool" and moved on. Jeez..

Please, NOBODY RESPOND BUMP. It's totally pointless and is unrelated to what I'm saying. If you do not have anything to say about food, GO AWAY.
haha I see what you did there ;P

    Me, too! How disappointing!
I guess her need to be a control freak was so overwhelming cause she had nearly an entire page of discussing the issue about bumping.

For me its Special K cracker chips--sour cream and onion.

yea i was confused to, but reading what everyone else has said now i see the use of the bump.....Maybe the topic originator misunderstood it as well.

    - Coconut yogurt - ohmygawdSODELICIOUS :D!! (Not to mention it's also soy free and dairy free)
    - Almond milk - either unsweetened or chocolate
    - Hummus
    - Herbal teas - I have become a tea-holic since joing MFP. I always drink it clear (meaning it's also next to no calories), perfect for satiating that craving for something sweet

Just scanned your list and saw the Tropicana 50 listed. I don't buy juice, but a friend of mine told me those "50" juices are just the regular thing with added water. Much cheaper to buy frozen juice and add more water than usual. Looking to save you a few coins here! :-)
