Wow! These are all so amazing, nice work everyone! I don't have any photos, unfortunately, but I started at 161 a month ago, now 151 and headed towards 135! I'm 5'7".
Little success: started fitting really loosely in my size 8 pants today, looking forward to size 6 once I lose another 10! Also, my yoga practice has improved so much in losing just these 10 lbs, so I'm really excited to lose double that and make those inversions and raised poses easier!0 -
So jealous! i can't wait until I'm a success story.

I am not sure if I have posted in here before but here are some updated photos.
I started at 251lbs and am now around 160lbs, my goal is 140 and I am 5'6".
First time in my life I haven't had a double (or triple) chin.
Wow you are stunning, you were beautiful before, but now that you lost the weight you can really see the bone structure in your face #celebrityworthy0 -

I've lost 35 pounds so far. And was about 284 when I broke my ankle four years ago. Got depressed and ate all wrong all again. Had trouble keeping my self motivated and was giving up at one point.
I started having pain in my left foot and it mostly went away after dropping almost 20 pounds. I got motivated and determined to keep going. I have a friend who would love to see me at 160.
I walk her dogs. dogs are happy and I feel better. I will post pics when I drop a few more pounds. I have seen the difference in pics from last year and now. Would love to have a bigger difference before showing pics.0 -
Progress from March to October - only about a 25lb difference but at least I'm heading in the right direction!
I'm 5'6"
HW: ~250
