Hi bluiz, I just checked the spreadsheet and my *kitten* miles have not been updated:) I have done 24 kms now but in the spreadsheet I am still at 12 km. Please update that. I should be in Almost on track for goal (blue lines) area.0 -

I have to get moving if I want to reach my goal...I had my 2 year old grand daughter for a week and that made it hard to follow my usual routine, so I have to make up some time in the next few days.0 -

1.58 mile walk to bank and beyond and then back...think i might do another 3 tonight on the treadmill even though i havent been working out on wednesday nights....
