    ... 8 mile run today to bring me over the 100! First time I have managed to run 100 miles during a month. Unfortunately I will have to tamper next month as I have an 8K and a 10K during August so no major mileage for me, at least at the beginning of the month anyhow! I am also away with the family next week so I'm not too sure how much running I will get in during the week :( I will do my best to get a few miles in.

    I came home last night from my second job to find a stationary bike! I did 2 miles very slowly but it was 2 more miles. I am counting it as last night even though it was around 12 am.

    Sorry for not posting in quite awhile, but I have been moving! Update for the last two week except for 2 walks which I need to calculate. Any still getting close to the goal. Hope to make it in the next two days! Hopy you all are doing well too!
