White meat's supposed to contain less fat, but I find it dries out too quickly no matter how you cook it. I prefer dark meat because it's juicier and does have more flavor, but right now I save the dark meat for when it's a family get together and it's been cooked. Otherwise I eat white meat for the reduced fat and the protein.0
