In the spirit of compromise and "can't we all just get along", I opt for red meat.

White meat's supposed to contain less fat, but I find it dries out too quickly no matter how you cook it. I prefer dark meat because it's juicier and does have more flavor, but right now I save the dark meat for when it's a family get together and it's been cooked. Otherwise I eat white meat for the reduced fat and the protein.

Actually if the question is dark or white, we're talking about poultry, so no, pink is not good.

Dark meat makes me feel a bit sick when I eat it. Yup. I'm that weirdo. So white meat all the way. Also, insert joke here about how I take my boys.
