Dark meat all the way. White is too dry and you have to have a lot of water just to eat it.

I read that white meat is lower in calories and cholesterol, so that's what I eat. As far as it being dry, that's all in the cooking of it.

Fried dark meat is best, but when I cook stir fry or grill, I prefer white.

Have always prefered the dark meat, but I now eat the white, less calories and less fat. Oh well we must adjust.
