    I hope not! The official site says the only options that aren't safe for vegans are " pinto beans (they are cooked with a small amount of bacon), meats (obviously), cheese, sour cream, and chipotle-honey vinaigrette"

    Chipotle does not use butter in their rice.
    If you look up their special diet information the only things made with dairy are the obviously dairy items- cheese and sour cream. My heart skipped a beat when I read the recipe posted, so I had to look it up.

    no, it's not legit. the cilantro lime rice is made with soybean oil, not butter. I've seen them make it, plenty of times.

    no, it's not legit. the cilantro lime rice is made with soybean oil, not butter.
